What does it cost to list my business?

Accepted Answer

One membership, LKR 7,500 a quarter or LKR 24,000 a year, paid by bank transfer. Every feature is included and there is no tier above it. You keep your own photographs and set your own prices, and enquiries reach you directly rather than passing through us.

How do I pay, and when does my listing go live?

Accepted Answer

By bank transfer, to the account we send you when you claim or apply. We check the claim, and your listing unlocks the same day your transfer lands. A term with no enquiry at all is credited as a free term, so you never pay for a quarter that brought you nothing.

How long before my listing goes live?

Accepted Answer

Not immediately. Someone reads every new listing before it appears, so submitting is an application rather than a switch. We are checking that there is a real business with real work behind it, not judging what you charge.

Who actually sees my listing?

Accepted Answer

Couples browsing by category and by city, at home in Sri Lanka and across the diaspora. Ceylon Wedding has been publishing Sri Lankan weddings since 2018, and the audience that grew around that is who reads the directory.

Question 5

What happens when a couple enquires?

Accepted Answer

It arrives twice. Once as an email to the address on your account, and once in the Lead Inbox in your dashboard, where you can mark it answered or closed. Their contact details come with it, so you reply to them directly.

Question 6

Can I see how my listing is doing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your dashboard counts profile views and enquiries, and charts views across the last thirty days. It is deliberately plain: these are your own numbers, not a score we award you or a position we rank you in.

Question 7

I am a wedding planner. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and planners get something the other categories do not. A couple can invite you into their dashboard, so the checklist and the budget you are already talking through sit in one place you can both open.
