How do I add guests?

Open Guests on your dashboard. Add households one at a time, or paste a whole list as name, phone, party size. Phone numbers written the local way are tidied for you, and duplicates are flagged before they are added.

Guests are counted by household, which is how invitations work here. One row is one household, with the number of people it covers.

Two ways to add them

• One at a time: a name, a phone number and a party size.
• All at once: paste a list with one household per line, written as name, phone, party size. The editor reads it and shows you what it found before anything is saved.

Write numbers however you have them. 077 123 4567 becomes +94 77 123 4567 on its own, and numbers from abroad work for family overseas.

If a name or a number is already on the list, the row is flagged as a possible duplicate and you choose whether to add it or skip it.

Sending invitations

Every household has its own RSVP link. Tap Invite beside a guest and WhatsApp opens with a message that carries your wedding page and their personal link. Send it as it is, or change the words first.
