Planners and vendor accounts
On My Couples, press Connect Google Drive and allow the one permission Google asks for. Each couple you work with then gets a planning sheet in your Drive, shared with them, which the website keeps up to date.
Press Connect Google Drive at the top of My Couples and allow the one permission Google asks for. From then on, each wedding you are on gets a planning sheet in your Google Drive, shared with the couple.
Only the files it creates. The permission Google shows covers the sheets the website makes, so the rest of your Drive stays out of its reach.
The couple's budget and expenses, checklist, wedding day, the vendors they are tracking with payments and instalments, their guest list, and a summary of the wedding. It never holds guests' RSVP links.
Changes on the website reach the sheet within a few minutes, and Sync now on the wedding's Overview card writes it straight away. Edits made in the sheet do not reach the website, so make your changes there.
If more than one planner on a wedding has connected Google Drive, the sheet lives in the Drive of whoever joined the wedding first, and it is shared with the others.
If you remove the website's access in your Google account, or Google stops accepting it, My Couples shows Reconnect Google Drive and the couple's card says the sheet is not being written. Connecting again carries on from there.
The website removes the couple's access to the sheet in your Drive. The file stays yours, with what it held at that moment; delete it from your Drive when you no longer need it.
