How do Offers work?

An Offer is a package from several vendors at one price, with a limited number of places. Claiming a place holds it while your date is confirmed with every vendor. Nothing is paid on the site. When the places are gone, you can join the waiting list.

An Offer is a package of several vendors at one price, usually from one of our collaboration shoots. Each has a limited number of places and a range of wedding dates. You will find them on the Offers page.

Claiming a place

1. Open the offer and tap Claim a place. You need to be signed in, with a confirmed email address.
2. Choose your wedding date and a session: morning, evening or the full day. Add your name and phone number, and agree to your details being shared.
3. Your place is held for the number of days the offer shows, while whoever handles the offer confirms your date with every vendor. That is Ceylon Wedding or the lead vendor named on the offer.
4. Once your date is confirmed, they contact you about paying the package price. Pay only them, and only after you have spoken to them.

If the places are gone

Tap Ask for a place to join the waiting list. You can also do this when places are free but your date and session are already taken, because the vendors cannot be at two weddings at once.

If a place opens for your date and session, we email you, and you have the number of hours the offer shows to accept it. If you do not accept in time, it goes to the next couple waiting.

If things change

• You can leave the waiting list or give up your place from the offer's page. If your date was already confirmed, whoever handles the offer is told.
• If your date cannot be confirmed, or the hold runs out first, your place ends and it goes back on offer.
• After any of these you can claim or ask again.

Who sees your details

Your name, email address, phone number and wedding date go to whoever handles the offer. Once your date is confirmed, they also go to every vendor in the package, so they can prepare.
