I was sent a wedding-day link. What is it?

A private page for one wedding you are working on: the day, the venue, your call time, the running order, who else is on the day and the look the couple is going for. One tap says you will be there. No account needed.

When a couple, or the planner working with them, has booked you for their wedding, they can send you a link on WhatsApp. It opens a page made for you: the day and the venue with a map, your call time, the running order, who else is working that day, and, if they have chosen one, the look they are going for. Nothing to install and nothing to sign in to; the link itself is your key, so keep it to yourself.

The buttons

Who sees what

The page shows the other vendors' names and roles and whether they have confirmed, as a call sheet does, with your own name highlighted. Nobody sees your phone number but the couple and their planner. The running order shows times and what happens, never the couple's private notes, and nothing about money.

The couple may have sent you a fresh one. Ask them for the current link.
