Planners and your account

My planner set up our wedding. How do we take it over?

Open the link your planner sent you and sign in with your own account, or create one. The wedding becomes yours, with everything your planner added, and they stay on it as your planner.

A planner can start your wedding on Ceylon Wedding before you have an account: the checklist, budget, guest list and vendors. When they are ready, they send you a link.

1. Open the link. It works once, for seven days.
2. Create your account, or sign in if you have one. Use your own couple account, not a planner or vendor account.
3. The wedding opens on your dashboard. It is yours now: you publish your page, choose its address and invite your guests.

Your planner stays on the wedding and keeps planning with you. You can remove them from the Wedding planner card on the Overview tab.

If you already plan your wedding here

Your own wedding stays exactly as it is, and your planner joins it. What they had set up separately is not added to it, so ask them for anything you want to keep.
