What do my analytics count?

Real counts, not estimates. Profile views all time and over the last thirty days, enquiries with how many are new, and contact taps split by channel, so you can see whether couples reach for WhatsApp, Call, the form or your Instagram.

Open Analytics on your dashboard. Everything on it is a count of something that happened.

• Profile views: how many times your profile was opened, all time, with a chart of the last thirty days.
• Enquiries: how many came through the form, and how many are still New.
• Contact taps: how many times WhatsApp, Call, Enquiry and each of your profile links were tapped, as a total and split by channel.

A tap is a tap. It does not tell you whether the couple went on to write, because WhatsApp and calls happen on their phone. Read the channel split as where your couples prefer to start.

There are no scores here. Ceylon Wedding does not host reviews, so there is nothing to average.
