Pipeline and analytics

What is the Pipeline, and why does it say Under 3?

The Pipeline counts couples who have you on their shortlist, at each stage from Shortlisted to Booked. Counts below three show as Under 3 with a padlock, so no couple can be identified, and names appear only once a couple marks you Booked.

When a couple saves you, they track you on their own dashboard through four stages: Shortlisted, In touch, Quoted and Booked. The Pipeline shows you how many couples are at each stage.

Three rules

  1. Counts below three are hidden. One or two couples show as Under 3 with a padlock, and the real number never leaves the server. Otherwise a count could be matched to a single enquiry and identify someone.
  2. Names appear only at Booked. That is the couple's own choice, and the section is headed to say so.
  3. A couple's quoted price, deposit and private notes are never shown. That is their negotiating position, not market data.

So the honest reading is: couples are watching you, and this is how seriously. You learn who they are when they choose you.
