Why can't couples see my listing yet?

Because getting your dashboard and appearing in the directory are two separate steps. Every new listing is checked by a person before it goes public, usually 2 to 3 working days, and a banner on your dashboard says where it stands.

Your dashboard works from the first minute. The listing itself goes public only after someone here has looked at it, which usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

While you wait, the banner at the top of your dashboard says the listing is under review. Use the time: add an album, write your description, check your phone number, because that is what couples will judge you on when it appears.

If it has been longer

• Check the banner. If we needed something from you, it says so there.
• Check your email, including spam, for a message from us.
• Email hello@ceylonwedding.com with your business name.
