Why can't couples see my listing yet?

Because going live takes two things: a person here checks the listing, and your membership transfer arrives. The banner at the top of your dashboard says which one it is waiting for.

Your dashboard works from the first minute. The listing itself goes public only after someone here has looked at it and your transfer has landed.

The banner at the top of your dashboard says where it stands. While it is with us for review, nothing is needed from you. Once we have emailed the bank details, it goes live the day the transfer arrives. Settings shows your term and the reference to quote.

Use the time: add an album, write your description, check your phone number, because that is what couples will judge you on when it appears.

If it has been longer

• Check the banner. If we needed something from you, it says so there.
• Check your email, including spam, for a message from us.
• Email hello@ceylonwedding.com with your business name.
